Technology

The melting process goes by Duplex method. Melting Shop is equiped with: two cupolas 900 mm dia with oxygen installation, capacity 7 t/h, with arc furnace with capacity 10 tons and with pouring furnace with capacity 5 tons.

Production goes in two moulding lines:

• Disamatic – flask dimensions 480x600x150/350
• Foundry Automation – flask dimensions 900x750x300/300.

Cores are produced on the Hot-Box and Cold-Box methods.

Cleaning goes in gripper-type and chamber-type shot-blasting machines. Anticorrosion painting is made by spraying method.
